I’ve lived on Sullivan for 15+ years and feel fortunate that Laverie opened when it did and that it is run so well. Basically all self-serve laundromats have closed in the village because people pay $$$ to send out their laundry here. By allowing self-serve, Laverie is filling an essential need for the community. I have used their wash and fold and self-serve and both are excellent. Their equipment is top notch and the place is spotless. They offer so many customized options for wash and fold (water temp, detergent type, separates). I have been coming since they opened and the staff are consistently nice and professional. The communication and camaraderie between all the staff is really impressive. Anyways, that’s a lot for one review but the team here is outstanding and I’m glad you’re in the neighborhood!

I love Laverie!! It’s so so clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the owners are the best people!! I come here every week and I’ve always had a really good experience. I’m a girl by myself and I always feel very comfortable here. Highly recommend!

This was without question the best laundry service I've ever had. I'm in a touring band and was heading to NYC needing to do laundry before our next run of gigs. I called Laverie and within minutes they were texting me, answering all my questions in real-time. I was immediately impressed with the responsiveness and based on that, decided to take my clothes in. My bands mates and I had special requests all of which were satisfied with absolute precision. Communication from the team was excellent as well. Even though we were anticipating a 24-hour turnaround, all of our clothes were done within 2 hours! We all got text messages as soon as everything was done. Upon pickup, we were greeted with smiles and clean, perfectly folded laundry (and all special requests were followed). Laverie set a new bar for me. If I lived in NYC, I would be a lifelong client.

This place is amazing! The service is excellent, the pricing is well-structured, and most importantly, the facilities are incredibly clean. The outfits I entrusted today were all stage costumes, which require delicate care and handling. The staff and the owner here were very attentive to the washing methods and demonstrated a deep understanding of the fabrics, ensuring that everything was cleaned perfectly without any issues. I’m truly grateful! If you're visiting New York, I highly recommend this business!
